Everybody is different and every BODY is different. Eat according to your health and fitness goals. What I help women do is break sugar addiction, reverse insulin resistance, balance hormones and lose weight. If none of that is in your list of goals cool, stick around for the motivation.

I don’t help people become vegan.
I don’t help people gain weight.
I don’t help pregnant women exercise. (See me after 12 weeks 🥰)

Do I have the knowledge to do those things? Yes. I actually have a pre and post natal fitness certificate. (One of 14 certification and a degree)

I choose to help women heal themselves with low carb whole food diet, intermittent fasting and movement. Ways I know nature intended, science confirms and can be practically applied.
