Boris Johnson is not governing, and the Conservative party know it. He is incapable of even handling simple acts of statesmanship, and is all at sea during our current crises. So why is he still Prime Minister now that we have left the EU, as well as the single market? Is it that brexiteers fear that the whole project could go into reverse if he were to be replaced now?
