Non Duality (The Awareness Trap)

It is not uncommon after awakening to find ourselves in this experience of formless awareness with no sense of what do do or how to proceed, and yet it's clear that something remains to be addressed. In this video I describe this experience and discuss how to proceed. I also discuss non-doership and how it evolves in this process. Then we discuss the initial perception of non duality as well as the actuality of clear non dual realization.
