The Bombay High Court on Thursday granted bail to Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan and two others in connections with the Mumbai cruise drugs seizure case with 4 conditions.
1. Foreign trips
According to the conditions of NCB court, Aryan shall surrender his passport before the special court. The accused shall not leave the country without the consent of the NDPS court judge.
2. Inter-state travel
The accused should inform the investigation officer if he wants to travel any other states in the country other than Mumbai. The accused shall also inform the officer the cause for the journey with proof.
3. Responding to Media
As the court procedures are still progressing, Aryan shall not give any statements to media including media outlets on internet.
4. Communication with co-accused
Aryan is not supposed to communicate with co-accused or people who are connected with the case by any means.
Other conductions;
Once the trial begins, the accused shall not in any manner try to delay the trial. Aryan shall attend all the dates in court unless prevented by any reasonable cause. Aryan shall attend the NCB Mumbai office every Friday between 11 am to 2 pm. If Aryan violates any of these terms, NCB shall be entitled to apply to the special judge/court for cancellation of his bail.
