The best sources of protein are plants which are rich in fiber and phytonutrients. Even so, Dr. Garth Davis has more to say about why plant protein is better than animal protein. He also shares how much protein do you really need, and why plant protein is never incomplete.

It's easy to agree on one thing here. Dr. Garth has never seen a single person who ate a normal amount of calories and yet was protein deficient.
